5. Duties, Taxes and Other Fees
All orders for EU, US, UK and Switzerland are delivered tax and duty paid. These costs are included in the final purchase price, and you should not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order.
Customers purchasing from countries outside the EU, US, UK and Switzerland please note that some countries charge import duties, taxes and other fees which are determined by the customs authority at the destination and which are out of our control. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Therefore, please inquire before ordering. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable.
